Improper handling and lack of food lead to serious physical and behavioral abnormalities and, not infrequently, veterinarians have no option but to euthanize dogs.

This organization is dedicated to adoption, rehabilitation, socialization and medical care of stray and abandoned dogs in need. Another aim of the organization is to help control the growing pet overpopulation through spaying and neutering the dogs in its care. It also extends public education and awareness regarding abuse and neglect of pets. To adopt a purebred dog, every applicant should fill out a questionnaire and pay a little donation to partially cover the expenses on caring for the dog.
